To receive a full refund the fragrance must be almost unused, meaning no more than approximately 5% of the bottle, and the box and all original packaging must come back with it, complete and undamaged. If more than approximately 5% has been used, or the box and original packaging are missing or damaged, we deduct a proportional amount for the reduced value.

You cover the cost of shipping the product back to us, or we can arrange the return for you for a flat fee of 25 EUR. For returns within the first 14 days of delivery we also reimburse the standard delivery cost you paid. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
