WHAT IS THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME FRAME?

We dispatch your order the next business day. Most parcels arrive within 1 to 4 business days.

Your order ships from inside the EU, so there are no customs charges and no import fees.

Delivery is free on all orders from €59,80. Below that amount a standard shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us, and you can follow it at any time on our order tracking page.

If you have not received your order within the time frame above, please contact us with your order number and we will chase it for you.
